The parcels assessed in this District (totaling 126 lots) include, but are not limited to Tracts 747, 747-2, and 747-3. The properties within this District proportionately share and receive special benefit from the maintenance, servicing, and operation of an estimated 14,435 square feet of designated landscape improvement area. These improvements are maintained at Service Level E (serviced 12 times per year, or once per month).

Property owners in this district pay $38 per year.
